How does the power adapter manufacturer inspect and judge the power quality?

3. Judgment criteria and processing
1. The bad conditions on the product are divided into three levels: CRIT, MAJ, and MIN according to their severity.
2. If one or more CRIT or MAJ is found on a product, it will be regarded as a defective product and be marked.
3. If three or more MINs are found on a certain product, it will be regarded as defective and marked.
4. Record the reason for the defective product, mark it on the abnormal notice, and give feedback to the production line REWORK.
5. If the product is good, it will be transferred to the next process after the product is signed.
6. For the quality of each batch, the serious shortcomings, major shortcomings, and secondary shortcomings are calculated based on the inspection results.
7. The acceptance criteria for each batch are determined based on actual operations and inspection results, and adjusted sampling inspections may be used to adjust them as needed.
8. When the batch is judged to be returned, the production line must be 100% REWORK, and defective products are excluded.
