2. Preparation before inspection
1. Confirm whether the products or parts to be inspected are correct.
2. Confirm that the data and drawings used are the latest and correct data.
3. Use data and drawings to establish standard samples to facilitate inspection work.
3. Sampling inspection plan
1. The production line is 100% inspected.
2. The quality control department adopts an adjusted sampling inspection plan according to the production batch, according to the MIL-STD-105E form sub-sampling inspection form, the second item of the sampling level, and the allowable quality level (AQL) are sampling and product batches are accepted Or the basis for rejection.
A, bad grade classification principle:
(1) CRIT: Serious shortcomings refer to those individuals who use, maintain, or rely on the product as judged by standards, have the shortcomings of dangerous or unsafe, or have a major standard that cannot achieve the goal.
Seriously defective product means that a product unit contains one or more serious defects, and may also contain major or minor defects.
(2) MAJ: Major shortcomings refer to shortcomings other than serious shortcomings, which may lead to malfunctions or substantially reduce the performance of the product unit, so that the desired goal cannot be achieved.
Major defective product means that a product unit contains one or more major defects, and may also contain minor defects, but there are no serious defects.
(1) MIN: Minor defect refers to the shortcoming that the usability of the product unit may not substantially reduce its intended purpose, or is different from the established standard, but has little effect on the use and operational effectiveness of the product.
Minor defective product is a product that contains one or more minor defects, but no serious or major defects.
(2) MIC: Minor defect refers to the defect that does not affect the use characteristics and specifications of the product. The defect is not modified without prejudice to other defects. It is a defect that affects the aesthetics.
(Note: The above MIC shortcomings are not included in the acceptability of the finished product, but it is for reference and improvement.)
Note: The adjusted sampling inspection plan is designed to encourage producers to provide products of good quality as much as possible. If the results of the sampling inspection are good, they can get the preferential treatment of reducing the number of samples. Conversely, if the quality of the batches submitted for inspection is bad, the acceptance and rejection numbers will be reduced to improve the ability of the sampling plan to reject bad batches. In this way, the implementation of both parties will benefit, because in addition to allowing better quality, quality control can also save inspection costs due to reduced sampling, and production due to reduced sampling can increase the acceptance rate of good batches, indirectly and can promote Production improves quality and reduces costs.
