The EU updated the list of harmonised standards for the General Security Directive, and on 24 August 2015, Implementing Resolution 2015/1345 of the European Commission entered into force. The decision was published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 4 August 2015, setting out the names and reference numbers of safety standards for a variety of children's clothing and care products. The resolution sets out a safety standard for children's clothing and four child care products.
The above resolution lists the names of one safety standard for children's clothing and four child care products:
EN 14682:2014: Safety of children's clothing Children's rope belt specifications;
EN 1466:2014: Children's articles and care articles Portable baby beds and stands; Safety requirements and testing methods;
EN 1930:2011: Children's products and care products; Security fence; Safety requirements and testing methods;
EN 12221-1:2008+A1:2013: Children's articles and care articles; Home diaper changing counter
Part One: Safety requirements;

Part two: Detection methods.
The European Commission adopted this decision in accordance with the General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC). Under the directive, only safe products can be placed on the EU market. Safe products are those that comply with applicable safety standards, including the conversion from European standards to voluntary national standards.
Article 4(2) of the Directive provides that once European standards have been adopted, the Commission shall publish their reference numbers and names in the Official Journal of the Union.
